Service Contracts
ABC.PRO, Inc. offers a discounted hourly rate to businesses that choose to sign a 1-year service contract. These agreements are custom-tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 hours per quarter must be purchased.
- Payments must be made in full at the beginning of each quarter.
- One year contract must be signed prior to use of contract rates.

- Computer support becomes available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
- Guaranteed *30-minute response time to emergency support calls.
- Regular maintenance & update service.
- Custom-made schedules. (Both full and part-time positions available)
- Discounted hourly rate based on hours purchased that can go as low as$70.00 an hour
* "How To Contact Us" instructions MUST be followed to receive 30-minute response time. If response is not received within 30 minutes, Customer will receive one hour of free support from ABC.PRO, Inc.
